All future updates will show up at www.jukkis.net, this site
will NOT be updated, and in fact I'll cancel this site as soon
as I believe there is no more traffic to this address.
This is just a really really quickly designed webpage
to get this program a home.

VERSION 1.1 OUT!
I decided to make one more release this weekend ;)
Check it out, it's worth it.

GrMP3: Gtk based Hauppauge Remote Control MP3 Player.
Screenshot of GrMP3
That quite much tells what it is, right?
Only thing that it doesn't tell, is that GrMP3 uses
mpg123 for mp3 decoding.

And if you wonder what that thing on the right is,
it's the volume level. By the way, if you have GrMP3
running, you can start FXTV by pressing TV button.

GrMP3 is originally written with 'vi' on FreeBSD 4.0-STABLE from May/2000.
All development since 0.9 has been done with xemacs, thank god ;)
I haven't been able to update my ports tree for a while,
so I don't know if the port skeleton works at all in newer
versions of FreeBSD.

You should be able to install the program without the skeleton
too, just untar it and run '#make all && make install'.

Hopefully it works ;) It hasn't been tested on any other pc's
than mine, and the Makefile is pretty awful.. it's the first
Makefile that I've ever made and the first port too,
and I don't know anything about them...

Download the port skeleton here: grmp3-1.1.tar
And the program sources here: grmp3-1.1.tar.gz

Please send mail to Jukka Simila <juksi@iname.com> and
tell me how and if the program works.
Also you should send mail so I can keep you informed about
updates. GrMP3 is being updated very often nowadays.
